SHERRY IRVIN

Sherry Irvin is a Broker Associate with Premiere Plus Realty Company. She is a seasoned professional with over 22 years in luxury real estate sales expertise. TIM IRVIN

Tim has over 30 years of Real Estate and Construction development experience. He is a Florida licensed real estate professional and has earned his LEED AP, (Leadership In Energy & Environmental Design) he has  successfully merged his real estate experience with his construction expertise. He often lectures of environmental responsibility and teaches the Green Associate preparation class nation wide. He specializes in Real Estate sales on the west coast of Florida including land aquisition, high end luxury homes,commercial real estate. Tim Irvin is a seasoned Project Manager with over 30 years of practical experience on unique and diverse projects.Tim’s experience coupled with his knowledge and passion for environmental awareness makes him the ideal candidate to take a great idea from conception to completion by bringing his common sense approach to successfully completing any project.

 His portfolio of projects include Historic preservation and re-construction of Churches damaged by hurricanes, Medical Office and Retail tenant improvements, Luxury Oceanfront residential homes, Hotel/Condo conversion, and the construction of an alternative energy education facility located on a boat access only barrier island.

Tim is an excellent people person and can get the job done while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. His interpersonal skills are excellent whether he is working with emergency response victims or as liaison between architects and insurance companies Tim’s professionalism and values allows him to lead the project to success and build a strong referral business.
